Our services are focused on each individual’s needs, to relieve symptoms, and a return to enjoying life to its full potential.  

Our goal is to help you recover in as few visits as possible.

We do not offer a “one size fits all” type of care.

Depending on the severity of your condition, we offer treatment plans

ranging from a few to several visits.

These visits will provide chiropractic adjusting (re-alignments) and may also include

• soft tissue therapies,

• instruction in self-care,

• nutritional recommendations,

• referral to an imaging facility for an x-ray or MRI 

• care coordination with other specialists may also become a part of your care at some point.

Not everyone needs a treatment plan. We also offer “as needed” care on a single, treatment per request basis.  Our most requested visit includes soft-tissue therapy and adjusting, while some choose visits which are briefer and involve only adjusting.  Please discuss your wishes with one of our doctors.

• Nutritional Guidance – Providing advice regarding any dietary and nutritional recommendations we think may help you reach your health goals.

• Exercise Instruction – When you stretch and strengthen your muscles, you will need less care, recover more quickly, and have more resistance to injury. Postural and workstation corrective tips are often an essential part of this.

• Infrasound Therapy – We may suggest additional therapy such as infrasound wave therapy. See INFRASOUND

• Heat and cold therapy –Their appropriateness is always discussed and assigned for home use.

• Referrals – We work closely with medical doctors when referrals and/or co-management are appropriate. These doctors have found firsthand what years of research help to prove: that chiropractic care is often the most effective first line of treatment for neck and back pain, as well as a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

• Second Opinions – We will provide a second opinion examination upon request.

How many treatments will you need?

This varies among individuals and depends on many factors. Be assured that we will not “keep you coming back forever”. The adjustment’s effect is to reset, or realign dysfunctional patterns and  to establish balanced patterns in the structure and function of the body.  As a person heals with each treatment, stability is reinforced, and symptoms lessen in frequency and intensity.  As this occurs, the doctor will recommend fewer visits.
